"The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are very nice. However, the service could be improved. One day I called to request extra towels, but they never brought them. Also, housekeeping only cleans your room if you request it a day in advance, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the customer service was not very attentive."

"They just opened for ten days on our trip so not all the restaurant and swim up pool are open. 80% of The staff did not speak English so it hard to communicate. The restaurant reservations staff did not speak English at all they messed up my reservation."
